Nowadays there are many people with damaged kidneys waiting for kidney transplantations. Can transplantation of kidneys be done, to so many patients who are on the waiting list? From where can they get suitable kidneys? Even if a kidney is transplanted, can an ordinary person afford the expenditure on post-operative care which will be about $ 2000 – to $ 3000 a month on medicines alone? It is in this situation that “Nature Cure” will be of help to the patients.

According to ‘Nature Cure’, when a person’s kidneys get damaged, his skin and lungs, which has identical functions i.e. (elimination of waste products from the body) take over and sustains his body. At the same time if Herbal juices and strict diet control are observed, his damaged kidneys will start functioning. For this the co-operation and help of the consulting physician, who may be a Nephrologists will be necessary. The Physician will have to tell the truth to the patient. Patients on dialysis are told that by doing this, their blood will get purified and that in this way they can live on. Actually, by dialysis only urea and uric acid are removed from the blood and all other impurities will remain.

Maximum period that a person can live on dialysis is only three years and before that, because of the accumulated impurities in the blood, his other organs especially his heart will get affected. The patient will have high blood pressure and the arteries will get blocked, leading to cardiac arrest. To obviate such a situation, the patient will have to strictly follow Nature cure, while doing dialysis. In a few months his damaged kidneys will start functioning and he will be able to stop dialysis and all other medications within a short time.

It is here that the Physician will have to help the patient. He has to advise the patient to take only natural foods. Biscuits, bread, meat, rice with curd etc., a patient with damaged kidneys should not take such foods. The waste products in sugar and the animal fat in the milk, meat and curd will further damage the kidneys. The waste products in biscuits, bread (all bakery products with preservatives) will do more harm than good. When a kidney patient is given meat, his blood creatine will only increase, because ‘creatine’ means amino-acids found in the muscles of digest and assimilate the amino acids (protein) found in the meat. (Meat means all kinds of flesh of vertebrates). The patient should be given banana stem juice, which will clean his blood and at the same time repair the nephrons in the kidneys. He can also take tender coconut water. He has to take sun bath, morning and evening for 30 minutes daily, so that by profuse perspiration, the impurities in his blood will be removed the natural way by his skin. He has to take cold water bath without soap after sun bath. He has to do simple breathing exercises. By this way, a person’s kidneys can be set right the natural way. But the Nephrologists will have to do this in consultation with a Nature Cure Consultant, so that the precious lives of so many patients suffering from kidney failure can be saved.
